Understand your Attitude and Deal with it...!!!



We are living in the world where life is very much influenced by the attitude of a person. It has been seen that we never give time to ourselves to understand " how our attitude, towards the society, is creating our image". In search of basic attitude of an individual, a person, not only, will recognise his weakness but also discover the ways to overcome them and appreciate his strength.

If a person feels that the most important person with whom he will ever have to deal is he, himself. That can be done only when he starts understanding himself. We all are in a race, where we are not able to get the time for ourself,.... for this the reason I feel, by discussing with different peoples of different profession, is that, they were and are busy in impressing other for their benefits, in which sometimes they lose their value in someone's Eyes to gain value for others. In the same way we are doing in our life every single day. We are so busy in making our presence that we forget the attitude we are accepting according to others, not with the point What actually your attitude is ????? 
The former experiences that a person is having with him can also give him added knowledge in understanding "himself" 

We can, with diligence and patience, light on the grounds of our restlessness, irritability or frustration.

I have tried to beat the drum of major causes of unhappiness...

#1. You fail to understand your purpose in life.
#2. Showing inappropriate or different attitude towards self and other.
#3. Regret for something. ( it is the most unwanted thing that happened to you with no reasons)
#4. Inimical reactions to life situations.
#5. Battle with your own thoughts. 

This, as well as, many other conditions of stress, lead to the nerve muscle tension which tie you almost, literally, into physical and mental knots, heightening Your mental confusion until all your real problems become greatly exaggerated.
Now before moving further, I am wanting you that, when you discover your personality faults, you may be upset and frightened, but do remember that your unrecognised faults are greater source of irritations. Auto suggestiveness and self knowledge give you a more mature attitude towards yourself and others.

€ You can explore your thoughts... By becoming.... a storyteller.. 

# we all are blessed with a friend who is wise and understanding, with whom we share our talks and spend time who is always there to support us. we can tell our story to him and get, not only emotional relief but also, fresh insight into our difficulties. On the contrary to this we must guard ourself against the sad possibility. Not all want to hear a long story of "Melancholy" therefore make it interesting by adding drama and humour. If it seems that you are making him or her bore, he or she is losing his or her interest either change the subject or give him or her a chance to tell us about his or her own experience. It will provide a Remarkable relief.

# If things doesn't work in this way then you can play with pen and ink which always works to gain self understanding.... 



Many psychologist recommended a half hour of daily writing until the job is done.... Many of you will be having a thought that writing... such a boring task itis and feel difficulty in it.... yes I do agree with you I think so but when you start you will actually love it by expressing your feelings while playing with pen and ink.  
Now and then, you may write...

How you were treated as a child. ?
How things happened in your life ?
Time you spent with your loved ones. ? Pleasant experiences.

Likewise when you write "Poignantly" about loneliness, former ups and downs, rejoice in your comparative comfort at the present time. Indus you will "Sugar coat" your unhappy memories.

Grammar, style, language you use, do not matter. You are baring yourself to you as it is for your eyes alone. 

There is no need to be in hurry with it. As no one is rushing you, it is all about you. 
This process is bound to help you more than to keep distressing experience Locked Up in your mind and strom going around and around in your mind, finally escapes and is transformed via pen and ink.
